Our Commitment
At Future Force, every product is crafted through precision engineering, advanced materials, and uncompromising standards. Our refund and return policy is designed to preserve both product integrity and the ownership experience.
Final Sale Policy
Due to the boutique nature and precision-built structure of our products, all Future Force products are considered final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect selection of specifications (loft, flex, weight, etc.)
Manufacturing Defect Exception
If a product is confirmed to have a substantial manufacturing defect, we will review the case on an individual basis.
This exception exists to maintain fairness to our clients while protecting the integrity of each Future Force product.
Damage or Defect Reporting
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email: business_services@futureflex.technology and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos and/or videos of the product and packaging
Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for review.
Return Authorization (If Approved)
If your case is approved:
- You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- We will provide detailed return instructions.
- A return shipping label may be provided when applicable.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
Approved return items must be:
- Unused and unplayed
- In original condition
- With all labels, tags, and packaging intact
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-built or personalized products
- Special-order items
- Gift cards or digital credits
Refund Process
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
